Grateful: writing moments

I didn’t sleep well. The shoulders, the leg cramps kept awakening me. Early this morning I rolled out of bed, unknotted my calves and headed to the living room to write my morning pages.

Then I started my day with the family. But I needed some quiet time later in the day, and dug into this book which I set aside some months ago. It was such a lovely challenge to sit down and step into another exercise after some time off from it. I’m excited to continue.

Then there was a Twitter conversation I caught with Linda Urban which I’ll update with links tomorrow, since I’m on my phone.
But tonight, favorite music,a pen and notebook are my friends.
